MAS Accounting ("the App") is a business accounting platform operated by MAS Global Trading FZ LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The App is designed for trading companies and small-to-medium businesses to manage contracts, invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports. Account creation is workspace-based: an administrator approves new accounts to maintain data integrity within each workspace.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, role, and authentication credentials you provide when an administrator approves your account.
• Business records: contracts, invoices, payment vouchers, transactions, contacts, and supporting documents you create or upload while using the App.
• Photos and documents: only the receipts, bank statements, and other files you choose to scan or upload via the camera or file picker. We do not access your photo library beyond the items you select.
• Push notification token: a device-specific identifier issued by Apple, used solely to deliver in-app notifications related to your work in the App.
• Usage and diagnostic data: basic interaction events and crash reports used to keep the App stable. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

How We Use Information

• To operate the App and provide its core features (authentication, contracts, invoices, vouchers, reports, document scanning).
• To deliver AI-assisted drafting and summarization features that you explicitly invoke. Content you submit to AI features is transmitted to our AI provider for processing and is not used to train third-party models.
• To send notifications related to your account or work items.
• To investigate and resolve incidents and maintain security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate parts of the App on our behalf, under written confidentiality and data-processing terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage backend.
• Anthropic — large-language-model provider for AI assistance features.
• Apple Push Notification service — delivery of notifications.
• Vercel — static-asset hosting for the web version.

Data Retention

Business records remain in the App until you or an administrator delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active and is removed within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.

Your Choices

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
• You may revoke camera, photo, and notification permissions at any time from your device's Settings app.
• You may close your account by contacting your administrator or by emailing us.

Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for stored files, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work to keep your data protected and to respond promptly to any incidents.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
